Black spots under eyes?

i have had black spots under my eyes for like a year now and i have had eye vision problems for a year too.. i went to the eye doctor to test my eye vision and i got -1.50 so i got glasses and i can see perfectly with them i have had glasses for 2 days now... so i heard my brother say that if u wear glasses the black will go, is that right or the other way around?
