When I play sims 3 xbox on my 42 inch t.v. I get a very bad headache, and feel like I have to vomit...?

What could it be? Thanks! (I have recently got my vision checked, and it was perfectly fine. Any tips on how to get it to stop (without saying "stop playing the game") would be greatly appreciated.
